Complaint management system
There is a questionnaire in your room folder, where you can inform us about your impressions or your complaints. You are kindly asked to fill it out prior to your departure. In case you have experienced any lack or unsatisfactory quality in our services or facilities during your stay, please inform the Reception Desk immediately. Our aim is to offer the best possible services as well as to improve ourselves constantly.
